Haziran ay\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye yasalar\u0131na uymay\u0131, vergi \u00f6demeyi, kredi kart\u0131 ve kimlik bilgilerini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filerin i\u015flemlerini T\u00fcrk ‘server’lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden yapmay\u0131 reddetmesi nedeniyle Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurulu (BDDK) taraf\u0131ndan lisans\u0131 iptal edilen PayPal, Mart 2017’de ‘Cross Border’ (S\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi) sistemiyle geri d\u00f6nmeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Sabah’\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re, BDDK ile ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz hafta toplant\u0131 yapan \u015firket, 2017 y\u0131l sonuna kadar serverlar\u0131n\u0131 da T\u00fcrkiye’ye ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Cross Border, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan bir ki\u015fiye T\u00fcrkiye’den al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapma izni veriyor. Ancak bu sistemle T\u00fcrkiye’den bir ki\u015fi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapam\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye’de e-ticarette y\u00fczde 12 pazar pay\u0131na sahip olan ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 800 milyon dolarl\u0131k i\u015flem hacmi bulunan \u015firketin yeni sistemle hacminin 400 milyon dolar civar\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 179 milyon aktif \u00fcyesi olan PayPal Global’in yakla\u015f\u0131k 18 milyar dolarl\u0131k i\u015flem hacmi bulundu\u011fu belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n
