Kampanyada yakla\u015f\u0131k 16 bin konutun sat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve buradan 10 milyar TL gelir elde edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Kampanyaya dahil konutlar\u0131n toplam b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise 1.6 milyon metrekare olarak hesaplan\u0131yor. Bu tutar Emlak Konut ile gelir payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 esas\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131l\u0131p sat\u0131lmas\u0131 planlana projelerin \u00fc\u00e7te birine denk geliyor. Gelir payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi ile yap\u0131lan ve hen\u00fcz sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f projelerin toplam tutar\u0131 30 milyar TL\u2019yi buluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u011eUSTOSTA GE\u00c7ERL\u0130 OLACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kampanyaya g\u00f6re; ev bedelinin y\u00fczde 20\u2019si pe\u015fin \u00f6denecek, y\u00fczde 10\u2019luk k\u0131s\u0131m ara \u00f6deme olarak tahsil edilecek.
